Energy – Eco – Services is a public-sector organisation established by the Žilina Self-Governing Region. It has operated as an independent legal entity since 1 September 2024.
Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency, sustainability and climate resilience of public buildings and facilities across the Žilina Region, while providing effective shared services to regional public institutions.
Our activities
Energy Management
Monitoring and analysing energy consumption, identifying opportunities for energy savings, preparing energy assessments and supporting investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
Climate and Environmental Solutions
Promoting climate adaptation, sustainable water management and nature-based solutions, including rainwater retention and blue – green infrastructure.
Shared Support Services
Providing centralised HR and payroll administration to organisations established by the Žilina Self-Governing Region, helping streamline administrative processes and reduce operating costs.
Expert Advice and Project Development
Providing technical guidance, preparing and coordinating projects, identifying funding opportunities and supporting the implementation of sustainable solutions.
Our Partnerships
The Association of Self-Governing Regions of Slovakia (SK8) is a voluntary, independent association representing Slovakia’s self-governing regions. It operates independently of the state and political parties.
SK8 currently has 19 expert sections that provide professional guidance, methodological support and policy recommendations in areas corresponding to the responsibilities of regional governments.
Energy – Eco – Services is a partner of the SK8 Energy Section, which focuses on regional energy security and energy policy for public-sector organisations.
The Slovak Association of Sustainable Energy (SAPI) is a professional association whose primary mission is to promote the development of sustainable renewable energy in Slovakia.
SAPI actively contributes to expert and public discussions on shaping the business environment in the renewable energy sector. The association has been active for nearly 15 years and has successfully implemented numerous projects.

Energy – Eco – Services has successfully implemented a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001, the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard.
ISO 9001 certification confirms that our processes and services meet rigorous international quality requirements and reflects our commitment to continuous improvement.
